Wave 1 higher complete in sugar today?

Wave 1 in sugar looks to be near completion as my target for October was 1 tick from being hit at 18.78. I will be looking for a wave 2 in the form of a zig zag that would target 17.51-17.28  if we get a full corrective wave 2.
